PHWin55 Terms and Conditions
for Philippine Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and PHWin55 ("phwin55", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the phwin55 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at phwin55.net.

By registering a phwin55 account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. PHWin55 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any point. Provision of false information at registration — including regarding age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Each person is permitted to hold one phwin55 account only. Registering multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. PHWin55 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain password security.

PHWin55 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a government-issued Philippine ID such as a PhilSys card, driver's licence, passport, or SSS ID. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be suspended until the process is finalised.

PHWin55 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). All supported payment methods are Philippines-based: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

The minimum deposit on phwin55 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard members, though higher amounts may trigger additional verification steps. PHWin55 does not charge deposit fees for GCash and Maya transactions. Card and bank transfer fees, if any, are charged by the issuing institution and are not controlled by phwin55.

Deposited funds are credited to your phwin55 balance in Philippine Peso and are available for betting and gaming immediately upon confirmation. GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the sending institution's processing times.

PHWin55 processes withdrawal requests within an average of less than one hour during regular business hours (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine time). Requests made outside those hours are typically processed at the start of the next business period. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. PHWin55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cards, or wallets under any circumstances. If the name on your withdrawal account does not match the name on your phwin55 account, the withdrawal will be declined and your account may be flagged for review.

Before your first withdrawal — or if phwin55 identifies risk factors requiring verification — you may be asked to complete identity verification (KYC). This process is standard across the industry and is designed to protect you as a member as much as it is to protect the platform. PHWin55 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 6.
• PHWin55 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations are suspected.
• Withdrawal fees are not charged by phwin55. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.

PHWin55 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, expiry dates, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are displayed alongside each bonus offer and form part of these overall Terms.

Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses credited to your phwin55 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated per promotion. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering.

Bonus abuse: PHWin55 monitors accounts for patterns indicating bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play risk. Where abuse is detected, phwin55 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

All sports bets placed on phwin55 are governed by standard sportsbook rules alongside any sport-specific rules that may be published in our FAQ or Help section. By placing a bet on phwin55, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

Bet acceptance: PHWin55 reserves the right to decline, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once a bet reference number is issued. Screenshots of bet placement screens do not constitute confirmation of a bet.

Voided bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned if an event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within a reasonable timeframe. For live (in-play) bets, phwin55 applies standard in-play settlement rules; bets placed on incorrect in-play markets due to system errors may be voided.

Manifestly incorrect odds: PHWin55 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a pricing error. This includes situations where odds were set significantly out of line with the true market due to a technical fault. Members will be notified of any such voids promptly.

All casino games available on phwin55 — including slots, live table games, fishing games, and arcade games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness. The RTP (return to player) percentages for each game are publicly accessible within the game interface.

PHWin55 does not manipulate game outcomes. However, in the event of a technical failure during a game — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — only game results that have been fully processed and confirmed by the game server will be settled. Partially completed game rounds affected by technical issues will be voided and stakes returned.

Minimum and maximum bets: Each game on phwin55 has its own minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. PHWin55 may apply additional account-level betting limits depending on member tier and activity history.

PHWin55's Refer a Friend programme allows registered members to earn cash rewards for successfully referring new players to the platform. Referral rewards are subject to the following conditions:

• A qualifying referral requires the referred person to register a new account via the referrer's personal link and complete a first qualifying deposit within 30 days of registration.
• The referred person must be a genuinely new phwin55 member — existing or previously suspended accounts do not qualify.
• Referral rewards are credited to the referrer's balance upon confirmation of the referred person's qualifying deposit.
• Self-referrals, duplicate account referrals, and any attempt to artificially generate qualifying referrals are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral rewards and potential account suspension.
• PHWin55 reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the Refer a Friend programme at any time with reasonable notice to members.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phwin55 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, along with forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings generated from exploitation of platform errors are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in games where collusion is possible, including live poker and certain table games.
• Money laundering or using phwin55 accounts to process funds connected to illegal activity. PHWin55 is required by law to report suspected money laundering to appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Providing false identity or age information at any point during your phwin55 membership.
• Any behaviour that threatens, harasses, or abuses phwin55 staff or other members.

PHWin55 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, terms violations, identity verification failure, or inactivity.

Member-initiated closure: You may close your phwin55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures. Any uncleared bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. PHWin55 will attempt to contact the registered member via email or mobile number before any administrative action is taken on a dormant account.

• PHWin55 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• PHWin55 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
• PHWin55's liability to any member in relation to a single event or series of connected events is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits phwin55's liability for matters where liability cannot be limited by law, including fraud or wilful misconduct by phwin55.

PHWin55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phwin55 will notify registered members via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of phwin55 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using phwin55 and may request account closure at any time.
